
Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services. By working with Studio Creart, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services & Payments

All services require an invoice and deposit payment.

A deposit is required before work begins.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable if the project is not completed due to the client’s decision, delay, or lack of communication.

4. Revisions & Approvals
We offer a two rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

5. Hourly Rate & Additional Revisions
Any work requested outside the agreed project scope, including additional revisions beyond the included two (2) rounds, new concepts, or changes based on newly provided information, will be billed at the standard hourly rate of:

1,000 CZK / hour

40 EUR / hour
-
45 USD / hour
-
35 GBP / hour
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

6. Intellectual Property

Final designs will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Overpayments & Incorrect Transfers
If the client sends an overpayment or pays in the wrong currency or amount, the received payment will first be allocated toward any outstanding invoices, deposits, or completed work.
Any remaining balance will be refunded only after both parties confirm the final amount.
Refund amounts may differ due to bank fees or exchange rate differences.
All fees, exchange losses, and currency conversion differences caused by incorrect transfers are the responsibility of the client.

8. Currency & Exchange Rates
Invoices are issued in the currency agreed with the client (CZK, EUR, USD, GBP).
If the client pays in a different currency than the one stated on the invoice, the amount received will be converted according to the designer’s bank exchange rate at the time of receipt.
All final accounting is based on the net amount received in the currency of the invoice.
Any differences caused by exchange rates, bank conversion fees, international transfer fees, or payments made in the wrong currency are the responsibility of the client and may affect the final refunded or outstanding amount.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or third-party claims resulting from the use of our designs.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. However, payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable. If the project is delayed or canceled due to the client’s lack of communication or failure to provide necessary materials, the final payment remains due as stated on the invoice. If the due date needs to be postponed, this must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
